Warranty, Exchange & Return Policy

• Electrical products: 1-month warranty from the date of purchase.
• Other products: 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover misuse, breakage, damage caused by improper installation, or incorrect use.
• Products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receiving the order, provided they are in their original condition and unused.
• Used, installed, or damaged products due to misuse or improper installation are not eligible for exchange or return.
• In case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be handled according to the warranty policy.
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs if the return or exchange is due to a change of mind or ordering an unsuitable product.
